How this is calculated

Rates come from the NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits 2025-26 (effective 1 July 2025). National rates only — remote and very-remote loadings are not applied.
Each shift uses the right rate band: weekday daytime (6am-8pm), weekday evening (8pm-midnight), Saturday or Sunday. The day-of-week sets the band automatically for weekends.
Travel: charged at the NDIS cap of $0.99/km for non-labour travel cost. Provider travel timecharges (separate from km) aren't modelled — they vary by MMM zone and the 50% therapy travel rule. For the rules, see price lookup → Travel.
Admin / non-face-to-face: defaults to $0. Some providers charge for report writing, phone calls, or care planning under the same line item — set this only if yours does.
Public holidays: optional. If you set annual PH hours, they're costed at the personal-care-standard public holiday rate (the most common scenario) on top of the regular 52-week roster.
All supports are calculated at the 1:1 ratio(one worker, one participant). Group supports cost less per person but aren't modelled here.
Not modelled in this tool: SIL bundled rates (quoted by your provider to a ratio), plan management fees (use price lookup), Assistive Technology, Home Modifications, provider travel time, cancellation fees.
